This is a legal agreement (the “Agreement“) between you (“you“, “your“) and Kumi Yamashita Studio (“we“, “us“) regarding your use of Kumi Yamashita Studio’s website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, the User Agreement and Kumi Yamashita Studio’s Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms. 7. Revisions and Errata. The materials appearing on Kumi Yamashita Studio’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Kumi Yamashita Studio does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. 9. Governing Law. Any claim relating to Kumi Yamashita Studio’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
